| B-17 and B-52 Bombers: B-17G Flying Fortress and B-52H Stratofortress bombers fly in a heritage flight formation in May 2006. The B-17 and B-52 flight was part of the Defenders of Liberty Airshow at the Barksdale Air Force Base. These two bombers represent over 70 years of flying "fortresses."
