Original Caption: Defenders of Liberty 2011 Air Show — Replica Japanese aircraft from the Commemorative Air Force’s “Tora, Tora, Tora” performance, recreate the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor at the 2011 Defenders of Liberty Air Show at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., May 7, 2011. Designed as a living history lesson, “Tora, Tora, Tora” is intended as a memorial to all the soldiers on both sides who gave their lives for their countries.
