In the Siegfried Line Pvt Joseph Tremp from Emmett, Michigan, pauses to clean out a pillbox. He is a member of the 548th AAA AW Bn which was                  attached to the 102d Infantry Division throughout the war. Glimbach, Germany 25 February 1945 802d Ordnance Company went to work the minute they set foot inside Germany. One of their first big jobs was to help clear the great tank battlefields south and east of Geilenkirchen. Here they are retrieving a tank knocked out by land mines. justifyspacer
